Claims and Monitoring Information

 

    Programme Manager

    The Programme Manager is responsible for developing and implementing robust management and control systems to ensure the effective delivery of the Glasgow Works Employability Programme.

    The financial administration systems have been set up and supported by our Financial Administrator who liaises with the LRA’s to gather information that is used for a number of reports including budget monitoring and ESF claim submissions.

    Monitoring Team

    The Glasgow Works Monitoring Team monitor the delivery of the employability programme by the five Local Regeneration Agencies (LRA) to ensure activities that are being delivered are in line with the guidance and also meet ESF regulations.  Each LRA has a designated Monitoring Officer as a point of contact.
