Glasgow Works Employer Engagement Team is engaged with a number of key employers across the city in all the main employment sectors.
We look to assist employers in all areas of their vacancy filling from initial sifting of application forms to assisting in organising and taking part in the interview process.
With the downturn in recruitment due to the current recession it has been important that Glasgow Works Employer Engagement Team works closely with employer still recruiting to deal with increased flow of prospective employees applying for their vacancies.
We are engaging with a broad section of employers in key sectors. These include:
- Retail
- Call Centre
- Banking
- Service and Facility Management
- Care
The team also work with employers to ensure they are aware of all current grants and subsidies they can receive depending on the type of benefits prospective candidates are receiving.
We will also advise employers on training opportunities available to them and assistance available to upskill prospective candidates to their company requirements.
