Current developments include:
- Training Equality & Diversity Champions in the Workplace: working with the 5 Local Regeneration Agencies to develop bespoke equality & diversity training
- Equality & Diversity Learning Network: Working with the 5 Local Development Agencies share good practice and agree a common framework to mainstream equality & diversity in the workplace
- Diversity Charter: Working with the private sector to develop a Diversity Charter for Employers linked to equality & diversity standards. Our partners include Barclays Wealth, John Lewis, Construction Skills Scotland, Ailsa Care, Marriott Hotels, Scottish Enterprise, Jobcentre Plus and Glasgow Employers Coalition
- Certificate in Equality & Diversity in the Workplace: we are working with BEMIS, Glasgow University, Caledonian University and the 5 Local Regeneration Agencies to develop an accredited certificate that is relevant and recognised as supporting the mainstreaming of equality & diversity in the workplace.
- Employer Equality & Diversity seminars: in partnership with the Glasgow Employer Coalition we will be delivering a series of seminars for employers on the business benefits of employing a diverse workforce.
